This easy teacher appreciation gift idea is a simple way to say thank you to the special teachers in your life. Give a cute measuring tape with a free printable card that says, “Thanks for helping me measure up this year.”
Teacher Appreciation Week is coming right up and this year I have a really cute teacher appreciation gift idea to share with you. I found the most adorable floral measuring tapes and thought they would make the perfect useful gift for teachers.
The measuring tapes are from Hobby Lobby… of course. Isn’t everything from Hobby Lobby cute? I found the measuring tapes in the office supply aisle. They also had gold measuring tapes and pink burlap printed ones. That aisle was full of cute pencils, stationary, desk organizers and staplers and I wanted to BUY. ALL. THE. THINGS.
Anyway, back to the measuring tapes. I whipped up a free printable gift tag that you can use to create a super quick and easy teacher appreciation gift.
Scroll to the bottom of this post to find the downloadable file and print it onto white cardstock.
Then cut out each card. There are four to a sheet.
Punch a hole in one corner, then have your child color in the word “measure” and sign his or her name.
I packaged my measuring tapes up in a clear cellophane bag with some yummy chocolates and tied the gift tag on with a pretty bit of ribbon.
Easy peasy, right? But who wouldn’t want one of these adorable measuring tapes? I bought one for myself too and keep it in my purse so that I can measure furniture or decor when I’m out shopping. It’s a frivolous little thing that just makes me happy. I love cute office supplies!
