Nutella Corn Flake Cookies are a delicious and easy no-bake cookie that will soon become a favorite family recipe!
My cornflake cookie recipe has been going nuts on Facebook and I’ve had several requests to try a Nutella version, so I gave it a go. Oh. My. Goodness. I didn’t think I could like the original cornflake cookies more, but it’s true what they say… Nutella makes everything better!
It’s got the same properties as the original cookie recipe… crunchy cereal mixed with a sweet and creamy sauce… but it also has the amazing chocolate hazelnut flavor combination thanks to the Nutella.
Yum! You have got to try these cookies. I am in love!
When it gets too hot to turn on the oven this summer, you better believe I’ll be making these no-bake cookies to take to backyard barbecues and potluck parties. This recipe is a crowd pleaser, for sure!
Don’t forget to pin the recipe for later!
Nutella Corn Flake Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Karo syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup hazelnut spread Nutella
- 6 cups corn flake cereal
Instructions
- Pour Karo syrup and sugar into a medium saucepan and heat just until sugar dissolves. This will only take a minute or so. If you cook the mixture too long, the final cookie will harden too much.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in hazelnut spread until mixture is smooth. Measure cereal and place in a large mixing bowl. Pour sauce over cereal and mix until evenly combined.
- Place scoops of the mixture onto wax paper to cool. Store in an air-tight container.

I knew an old lady who made the peanut butter ones but she melter chocolate then mixed together with the peanut butter mixture before radding to the cornflakes. She then put spoonfulls of the mixture into paper baking cases ( like little bun cups). They were delicious too.
