Man, it is HOT outside! Is it scorching where you live? On days like this, I want to hang by the pool sipping a cold drink. This watermelon spritzer is easy to put together and is so refreshing. You have got to give it a try.
Fizzy Watermelon Spritzer
6 cups watermelon, diced and frozen
2 limes
3 cups Sprite
ice, if desired
Place frozen watermelon in a high-powered blender with ice. (If you have a crappy blender, I’d skip the ice.) Blend until smooth. Add juice of two limes and stir. Strain as you pour evenly into three glasses.
Add Sprite slowly since it foams up.
Garnish with lime and start sipping!
Seriously, this simple treat is so good after a day at the pool or when we’re all melting and dying a little inside. Try it! It’s delish!

I am going to have to make this for the kids once our watermelon is ripe. I haven't seen watermelon yet in my local Walmart. But, what a fun summer treat. Love how it makes a simple and quick dinner special. #client

I made the spritzer… But I have a crappy blender and it wouldn't even blend the frozen watermelon. So I added sprite right in the blender and blended it up. It came out like an icee and it was so good!
