This non-alcoholic Christmas Punch Bar will be the hit of your holiday party this year and it’s easy to put together thanks to party printables.
Christmas is a time for gathering with friends and family and I just love any excuse to throw a party. I was put in charge of drinks for an upcoming Christmas party and instead of doing something boring, I decided to jazz it up a little and created a fun mix-your-own Christmas punch bar! All of the drinks are delicious and non-alcoholic and party guests can also create their own concoctions so the possibilities are endless. It is so fun to pick a drink from the menu and mix it up just how you like. It makes for an interactive experience perfect for party-goers to break the ice and mingle.
To make it easier for you to host this fun Christmas Punch Bar, I’ve created a series of party printables that you can download for free and print out at your local Office Depot or Office Max. Office Depot is my favorite place to send my prints because the quality is great, they have tons of options from posters to black and white copies to Christmas cards to banners and signs. And the best part is that usually they have same-day pickup! I go there so often that I know the guy who runs the print department by name.

- Pay online, then you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
How to Print The Large Party Menu
- Open the files from the bottom of this post and save them to your computer.
- Head to Office Depot’s Workonomy Print + Copy website.
- Choose the “Poster” option from the menu and be sure to select the 24×36″ landscape poster.
- Follow the directions on the site to upload the file. I paid a little extra for semi-gloss paper because I wanted this poster to look really good and last for years to come.
- Add the order to your cart.
- Pay online, then you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup in store.
Once you have the prints in hand, you can choose to fold all of the labels in half and tent them on the table or you can cut the labels in half and tape them directly to the pitchers. I chose the latter option to save space since my drink buffet is a little small.
I even made a cute wrap for the spray whipped cream can. It’s all about the details, people.
Hang the menu poster above the drink table using tape or removable adhesive strips, then decorate! I chose a festive green check tablecloth and sprigs of pine and red berries for the table and I surrounded the poster with paper fans and snowflakes.
Overall it makes a really cheerful, colorful statement and I think it will do the trick to lure party goers over to have a cup of cheer.
I’ve also included a printable party shopping and prep list so you can make sure you have every ingredient you’ll need.
Here’s what’s included in the printable party pack:
- 24″x 36″ Full Color Menu Poster (includes six party punch recipes)
- Food and Drink Labels (can be folded in half to rest on table or taped to pitchers)
- Spray Whipped Cream Can Cover
- Shopping List and Party Prep Checklist
I’ve also included a menu poster with blank spaces if you want to add your own menu of party drinks.
AND last but not least, I created a totally different set of printables in black and white ink only. If you’re looking for a more budget-friendly option, you can print out the large menu using Office Depot’s blueprint option for less than $5. The blueprint option is under the Document Printing Section and only works on black and white designs that don’t require a ton of ink. How cute would the black and white poster be surrounded by buffalo plaid and pops of red?! I think it’s a really fun and affordable version.
Like this idea? Pin it so you don’t forget it!
Office Depot sponsored this post, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Do you have the recipes for these drinks so I know portions?

I don’t have exact recipes because each person makes their own glass of punch. The only portion that matters is the almond extract… only use about 1/2 teaspoon per glass!
