This Creamy Jalapeno Corn recipe is an awesome and easy side dish and is a hit at potlucks and parties.
Hi friends! I’ve got a super simple recipe for you today. This slow cooker corn recipe is a huge hit at parties. Think Game Day and backyard barbecue, that kind of thing. My neighbor makes this for every neighborhood get-together and it disappears so quick. YUM!
This recipe is the perfect blend of sweet corn, rich creamy sauce and spicy jalapenos. It’s sweet and spicy, creamy and crunchy, and just so stinkin’ delicious. And it is so easy to make because you just throw everything in the crock pot!
Because you can just throw everything in the crockpot and forget about it, it’s the perfect party food. No stress!
Serve hot as a stand-alone side dish or with tortilla chips. Alternately, this dish can be baked in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until hot.
Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best.
This one is straight up delicious and sure to be a real crowd pleaser at your next event. I almost guarantee someone will ask you for the recipe. It’s just that good!

How long does it take for everything to melt in a slow cooker on high?
Jennifer says
Two hours I think. If you need to hurry things along, you can microwave the cream cheese.

Big hit with my family. Easy side dish that everyone loved. Used fresh jalapeños and was not hot at all.
